1 16-oz. can kidney beans

1 cup sweet relish

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 Tb horseradish

3 large cloves garlic

1 small onion

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

Drain beans and relish but SAVE the liquid. Do not rinse.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender until finely chopped.

Add beans and relish.

Add reserved liquid to desired consistency.

Cover and let sit overnight. Serve on Triscuit crackers.
